Switch to our new Patient Portal called myindici™
We are excited to announce our recent switch to a new patient portal called myindici™
In order for you to receive the many benefits (access your medical records in a secure environment, view and track your test results, book appointments and request repeat prescriptions) we will need you to register onto this portal by following the steps below:

You will be prompted to provide;
- Your full name
- Your birth date
- Your NHI number (this is a code that will be on any information that you receive from the hospital, it has 3 letters and 4 numbers. If you don’t know your NHI, you can email us at email@example.com or call reception on (09) 621 0387.
- Your email address (each person in your family will need their OWN unique email address to be able to join the portal – email addresses cannot be shared for the portal)
- A password (This needs to be a minimum of 8 characters in length and have at least two digits in addition to letters)
Once you have signed up, you can login to your account at the following link: https://akl001app.indici.nz
You can also download the app to your phone from the Apple or Google Play Store – type in myindici and install the app by Valentia Technologies
To protect your privacy, if you cannot provide the requested information above you will only be given access to the appointment booking section of your portal. To access your results and other medical records, you will need to contact the practice for full access to your account. You can do this during your next appointment, or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
From 17 October 2020 records will no longer be updated in our old H365 portal – access to this system will be turned off.
As one of the first practices in New Zealand to have myindici™ we welcome any feedback about our new portal.
